As the Personal Secretary to the Director, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, handling confidential information, and leveraging your organizational skills to manage the Director's schedule, communications, and various other tasks that facilitate the efficient operation of their office.

Responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings and events.
Handle incoming correspondence and emails, ensuring prompt responses.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
