Job Description
1. Knowledge of MS Excel - functions and Vlookup for analysis
2. Report mismatches on the ticketing system
3. Verify data on the portal and document for mismatches
4. Generate summary reports based on the data using Excel
5. Analyze errors in the system and report them to senior management.
Note: Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel is mandatory
