Medical Representative (MR)

We are hiring a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented candidate for a Hospital Business Development / Field Executive role. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client handling, and building strong relationships within the healthcare industry.

• Position: Hospital Business Executive / Business Development ExecutiveEducational Qualification:Candidate must be a Graduate from a recognized university.
• Candidates with a Science background will be preferred.
• Graduates from other streams may also apply if they have relevant experience and good communication skills.
• Experience Required:Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospital business / Healthcare sales / Medical field marketing / Pharma sales / Diagnostic marketing or related sectors.
• Candidates with experience in handling hospitals, doctors, clinics, nursing homes, or healthcare institutions will be given preference.
• Key Responsibilities:Visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare centers regularly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, administrators, purchase managers, and decision-makers.
• Promote company services/products effectively in the healthcare market.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely service and client support.
• Follow up for payments, orders, and client requirements.
• Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work independently and in field sales environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
• Good knowledge of local market and hospital network preferred.
• Additional Requirements:Candidate must own a 2-wheeler for field visits.
• Must have a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
