Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound/Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls from provided databases and handle inbound queries professionally.
  • Lead Nurturing & Follow-ups: Regular follow-ups with potential buyers via phone and WhatsApp to nurture them until a booking or site visit is secured.
  • Scheduling Site Visits: Main objective is to convert lead calls into scheduled property site visits for senior sales teams or agents.
  • Project Presentation: Clearly explaining project features, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
  • CRM & Database Management: Updating daily work progress, including lead status, in a CRM system or Excel sheet.
