Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and promoting jewellery products effectively. The role involves assisting customers in selecting products, maintaining showroom standards, and building long-term customer relationships to enhance business growth.

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Demonstrate and explain jewellery designs, features, pricing, and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections.
• Handle billing processes and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
• Stay updated on current jewellery trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Presentable and well-groomed personality
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and computers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
