We’re Hiring: Telesales Agent – Two-Wheeler Loan
Location: Bangalore
(Hoodi – Opposite Tata Showroom, Brookefields Road, Doddanekundi, Phase 2, Garudachar Palya, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560048)
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell two-wheeler loan products
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and loan disbursement
• Stay updated on loan policies, product features, and market trends
• Coordinate with field sales teams, dealer partners, and backend operations for successful lead closures
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly
• Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations professionally
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in two-wheeler loans or personal loans
• Strong communication and convincing skills in any two of the following languages: English, Kannada, Telugu
• Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage
• Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office
• Graduate in any discipline
• Age below 30 years
Compensation:
• Salary up to 5 LPA + Incentives

Tele Collections Executive – Personal Loan & Business Loan CollectionsKey Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound collection calls for overdue Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts
Follow up with customers regarding pending EMI payments and ensure timely collections
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related concerns professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Coordinate with field collection teams and backend operations for effective account resolution
Ensure compliance with collection processes, company policies, and quality standards
Address customer queries, escalations, and disputes with empathy and professionalism
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections, or Customer Service roles within NBFC/BFSI industry
Excellent communication and convincing skills
English Hindi
English Telugu
English Kannada but with sales experience
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Graduate in any discipline
Age Limit: Below 30 years
