Tele Collection Executive

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Tele Collections Executive

Work Location: Bangalore (Bommanahalli)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls for overdue Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts
• Follow up with customers for pending EMI payments and ensure timely collections
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and payment commitments in CRM systems
• Coordinate with field collection teams and backend operations for account resolution
• Ensure compliance with collection processes, company policies, and quality standards
• Address customer queries, escalations, and disputes with empathy and professionalism
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections, or Customer Service roles within the NBFC/BFSI industry
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi
• Regional language proficiency will be an added advantage
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Graduate in any discipline
• Age Limit: Below 30 years

Salary: 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections, or Customer Handling roles

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Ability to handle collection targets and customer escalations professionally

Graduate in any discipline

Preferred SkillsExperience in NBFC/BFSI industry
