Job Description: 
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Pune the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a strong aptitude for B2B sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in RERA. Male candidates only for this role due to job-specific requirements. 
Key Responsibilities: 
•      B2B Sales: 
o   Engage with business clients to promote and sell company services. 
o   Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls and other communication channels.
o    Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. 
•      Field Work and Meetings: 
o   Conduct on-site meetings with clients to discuss their requirements and provide tailored solutions. 
o   Travel to meet clients, partners, and prospects as needed.
o    Conclude meetings effectively by closing deals, obtaining commitments, and ensuring clear next steps. 
•      Client Communication: 
o   Conduct professional and persuasive communication in Hindi and English to explain products/services effectively. 
o   Address client inquiries and objections with confidence and product knowledge. 
•      Sales Targets: 
o   Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs consistently.
o   Prepare and deliver customized proposals, pricing, and sales presentations based on client needs. 
•      Follow-Up and Coordination: 
o   Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner to close deals. 
o   Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled. 
 
 
•      Market Research and Reporting: 
o   Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
o   Prepare sales reports and provide insights on client interactions and sales progress. 
Qualifications and Skills: 
•      Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory) •   Graduated or Post Graduated, MBA marketing/ Sales. (MBA preferable) 
•      Knowledge or prior experience in the RERA sector is preferred. 
•      Ability to develop and nurture business relationships with clients. 
•      Comfortable with fieldwork, traveling, and concluding client meetings successfully. 
•      Goal-oriented with a proactive and persuasive approach to selling. 
•      Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite is a plus.

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves handling customer interactions, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage CRM tools efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide clear and concise updates, resolve queries, and address concerns promptly.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services and products.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with clients.
Adapt to customer responses while following predefined scripts.
Ensure daily call targets
Collaborate with internal departments to relay client requirements accurately.
Ensure timely communication of project updates, addressing concerns proactively.
Uphold healthy work relations with clients and maintain consistency in communication.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM or FMS system.
Prepare and update daily progress reports, call records, and communication metrics.
Provide insights based on customer feedback and team coordination efforts.
Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns, resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
Proactively identify potential roadblocks and suggest solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate in any field.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality.
Proficiency in  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).



Customer Relationship Manager

Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Director.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional integrity.
Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Follow up on action items, deadlines, and assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
Assist in drafting emails, letters, and communication on behalf of the Director.
Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and office records.
Support project coordination, track progress, and report updates to the Director.
Manage and oversee special assignments or events as delegated.

Get accurate status of completed & pending work / task
Taking time to time follow up & making communication with each team members.

Requirement:-

BBA/MBA/B.Com.
Fluent in English communication.
Advance knowledge in Excel, Word, Power Point. preferable.
