Job Description

Job Description: 

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Pune the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a strong aptitude for B2B sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in RERA. Male candidates only for this role due to job-specific requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

•      B2B Sales: 

o   Engage with business clients to promote and sell company services. 

o   Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls and other communication channels.

o    Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. 

•      Field Work and Meetings: 

o   Conduct on-site meetings with clients to discuss their requirements and provide tailored solutions. 

o   Travel to meet clients, partners, and prospects as needed.

o    Conclude meetings effectively by closing deals, obtaining commitments, and ensuring clear next steps. 

•      Client Communication: 

o   Conduct professional and persuasive communication in Hindi and English to explain products/services effectively. 

o   Address client inquiries and objections with confidence and product knowledge. 

•      Sales Targets: 

o   Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs consistently.

o   Prepare and deliver customized proposals, pricing, and sales presentations based on client needs. 

•      Follow-Up and Coordination: 

o   Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner to close deals. 

o   Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled. 

 

 

•      Market Research and Reporting: 

o   Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

o   Prepare sales reports and provide insights on client interactions and sales progress. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

•      Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory) •   Graduated or Post Graduated, MBA marketing/ Sales. (MBA preferable) 

•      Knowledge or prior experience in the RERA sector is preferred. 

•      Ability to develop and nurture business relationships with clients. 

•      Comfortable with fieldwork, traveling, and concluding client meetings successfully

•      Goal-oriented with a proactive and persuasive approach to selling. 

•      Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite is a plus.
