Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, messages, and online platforms.
Counsel students about available university programs, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes.
Guide students throughout the entire admission process — from enquiry to enrollment.
Maintain strong product knowledge of partnered university courses and admission policies.
Coordinate with university partners to ensure smooth processing of student applications and documentation.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM or Excel trackers
