Position: Area Sales Manager – Channel Sales (DSA Channel)
Reporting To: Business Head / Regional Head
Location: Assigned Territory (6–7 Districts)
 
Role Objective
The primary objective of this role is to build and manage a strong network of Channel Partners / DSAs and drive sales of financial products including Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Wealth Products through the distribution network across the assigned territories. The role also includes ensuring end-to-end loan disbursement and managing a team of Sales Managers / Relationship Managers to achieve defined business targets.
 
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Partner / DSA Acquisition
Identify and onboard new DSAs / Channel Partners across the assigned territory
Develop strong networks with Chartered Accountants, Loan Consultants, Property Dealers, and Insurance Advisors
Ensure activation and productivity of onboarded partners

2. Financial Products Sales through Distribution Network
Will be responsible for driving sales of financial products through the distribution network across the assigned territories
Drive sourcing of Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP)
Promote and cross-sell additional financial products such as Credit Cards, Insurance (Life & General), and other fintech offerings

3. Business Sourcing & Disbursement
Manage the complete loan lifecycle from login to disbursement
Ensure achievement of monthly targets in terms of both volume (₹) and number of cases

4. Team Management
Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers / Relationship Managers
Monitor daily activities including partner meetings, file logins, and conversions
Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations

5. Partner Engagement & Activation
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners through regular visits and engagement
Drive activation of inactive partners
Implement partner engagement initiatives, schemes, and incentive programs

6. Reporting & MIS
Maintain accurate and timely reporting of partner onboarding, login volumes, and disbursement data
Ensure strong pipeline visibility and tracking

Conversion ratio (login to disbursement)

Revenue generated through cross-selling of financial products

 
Candidate Profile
5–8 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Fintech, or DSA Channel Sales
Strong experience in Business Loans and Personal Loans
Proven track record in channel partner acquisition and team handling

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead the Personal Loans inside sales team. The role involves managing a team of tele-callers, driving sales through calling channels, and ensuring achievement of business targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of inside sales executives/tele-callers
Drive Personal Loan sales through outbound and inbound calling
Monitor daily calling activity, conversions, and team performance
Ensure achievement of monthly sales and disbursement targets
Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve productivity and quality
Handle escalations and support the team in closing cases
Track and improve key metrics such as conversion ratio, TAT, and lead quality
Coordinate with internal teams (credit & operations) for smooth processing
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines


Key Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in Personal Loan / BFSI sales (inside sales preferred)
Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience
Strong knowledge of loan products, eligibility criteria, and sales processes
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on performance
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel


Preferred Skills:
Experience in tele-sales environment
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
