Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in lead generation to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads, improve conversion rates, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and lead generation strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Drive qualified lead acquisition while maintaining optimal Cost per Lead (CPL) and ROI.
Oversee SEO, SEM, website performance, and landing page optimization to increase traffic and conversions.
Design and manage lead funnels, automation workflows, and CRM integrations.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and marketing tools.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, nurturing, and conversion rates.
Manage digital marketing budgets, forecasts, and vendor/agency coordination.
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring timely execution and performance improvement.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms.


Required Skills
Strong expertise in performance marketing and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, and analytics.
Experience with CRM systems, lead tracking, and funnel optimization.

Qualification
