Job Description:Ugrasen Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a senior, result-oriented Sales Head to lead and manage sales operations across Lucknow, UP.
The ideal candidate must be from the solar industry, with strong leadership capabilities, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end sales operations
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Develop business growth strategies and expand market presence
- Monitor team performance, sales reporting, and market trends
- Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales (Solar Industry mandatory)
- Proven experience in team handling and regional sales management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
