Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Warden to manage and oversee the daily operations of the student hostel. The Warden will ensure a safe, disciplined, and supportive living environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day hostel activities and maintain discipline among residents.
Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of hostel facilities.
Coordinate with the college administration regarding hostel operations and student welfare.
Monitor attendance and behavior of students in the hostel.
Address student grievances and act as a mentor and guide when required.
Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and hygiene standards.
Maintain records related to hostel occupancy, complaints, and maintenance.
