Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pest Control Operator to inspect properties, identify pest issues, and implement effective treatment solutions. The role involves using approved chemicals and techniques to eliminate pests while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial properties for pest infestations

Identify types of pests and determine the extent of the problem

Develop and implement appropriate pest control treatment plans

Apply pesticides and other pest control methods safely and effectively

Set traps and use non-chemical solutions when required

Educate customers on preventive measures and hygiene practices

Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and chemicals used

Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Maintain and clean equipment and tools regularly

Respond to customer queries and provide excellent service

Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Certification or license in pest control (as per local regulations)

Basic knowledge of pest control techniques and chemical handling

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Physical stamina to work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, confined spaces)

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in pest control or a related field

Knowledge of safety standards and environmental guidelines

Valid driver’s license (if field travel is required)

Working Conditions

May require working in tight spaces, heights, or outdoor environments

Exposure to chemicals (with proper safety measures)

Flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed
