Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, well-organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage our front office operations. The role involves welcoming guests, handling calls, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting daily administrative activities. Sunday will be a working day, and the employee will be allowed to adjust two weeklies off days on other working days by coordinating with team member and the reporting manager to ensure smooth office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Receive and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
Communicate directly with customers, clients, and visitors
Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned sales person or department
Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Support basic administrative tasks as required
Coordinate with team members to manage front desk coverage

Job Description: Accountant
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a master of Tally, possessing the analytical skills to turn data into insights and the communication skills to manage external stakeholders and collections.
Core Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & Tally Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Tally Prime/ERP 9.
Handle end-to-end billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy in HSN/SAC codes and tax rates.
Record daily cash, bank, and journal vouchers.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain ledger hygiene.

2. Taxation & Compliance (GST)
Prepare and process GST-compliant invoices.
Consolidate data for monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
Perform GST reconciliation between books and portal data (GSTR-2A/2B).
Assist in the preparation of TDS calculations and filings.

3. Coordination & Reporting
CA Coordination: Prepare and provide all necessary documentation, schedules, and trial balances for monthly closures and annual audits.
Reports Analysis: Generate and analyze P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Aging Reports to provide management with financial health updates.
Audit Support: Ensure all vouchers and physical documents are filed systematically for statutory audits.

4. Accounts Receivable & Payable
Payment Follow-up: Actively track outstanding invoices and coordinate with clients to ensure timely collections.
Vendor Management: Verify vendor invoices and schedule payments according to credit terms.


Requirements & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Tally and Advanced MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Experience: 2–5 years of core accounting experience.
Knowledge: Strong grasp of GST laws, TDS, and Indian Accounting Standards.
Soft Skills: Firm yet professional communication for payment follow-ups and the ability to meet strict month-end deadlines.
