Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for overdue EMI / loan payments
Follow up and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts
Explain payment modes, settlement options, and consequences of non-payment
Record customer interactions, PTP commitments, and follow-ups accurately
Coordinate with field collection teams when required
Maintain professional and compliant communication as per RBI guidelines
Achieve assigned monthly collection targets
Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th / Any Graduation
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Strong communication skills in Tamil
