Experience in specifying custom and factory-made furniture with production feasibility and modularity in mind.


Services Coordination (MEP)
High-level understanding of electrical design, including lighting lux-level planning, workstation power management, and UPS layouts.
Knowledge of plumbing layouts for commercial pantries and restrooms in line with NBC norms.
Design integration of Fire Detection & Suppression Systems (sprinkler layouts, smoke detectors, fire panels) with interior ceiling and wall elements.
Working knowledge of HVAC systems, including diffuser placement, return air strategy, thermal comfort compliance, and false ceiling coordination.


Data, Voice & Automation
Competency in designing and integrating structured cabling systems (CAT6, CAT6A), server rooms, patch panels, and network rack placement.
Planning for telecom, AV, and automation systems in conference rooms, breakout zones, and executive areas.
Ability to coordinate with IT vendors and understand bandwidth, redundancy, and rack ventilation requirements.


False Ceilings & Acoustics
Deep technical knowledge of all types of false ceilings, including gypsum, metal grid, mineral fiber, wooden slats, baffles, and stretch ceilings.
Expertise in designing for acoustic performance, fire resistance, access panels, and integrating lighting, HVAC, and fire systems.
Ability to develop and compare ceiling options based on functionality, aesthetics, and long-term maintenance.


Paints & Finishes
Strong understanding of paint systems, including emulsion, enamel, texture, PU, epoxy, and anti-fungal coatings for varying surfaces and zones.
Knowledge of LEED-compliant, VOC-free, and low-maintenance finishing materials for green office environments.


Market Intelligence
Excellent pan-India product knowledge, including latest trends in workplace design, furniture brands, material innovations, sustainability standards, and pricing benchmarks.
Proven network of vendors, suppliers, and product reps across major cities.
Ability to suggest alternatives based on availability, cost-efficiency, and lead time during procurement or VE (Value Engineering) processes.


Roles & Responsibilities
