Job Title: Architect (Interior & Architectural Projects)

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month (depending on experience, skills, and performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Architect to join our team in Delhi NCR. The candidate should have strong expertise in architectural design, interior design, project coordination, and site execution. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling projects independently and should be willing to travel across India for project visits, site inspections, and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

* Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and working drawings.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.

* Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure quality and design compliance.

* Manage project timelines and support execution teams during project implementation.

* Prepare design presentations, material specifications, and BOQs as required.

* Resolve design and site-related challenges effectively.

* Ensure compliance with local building regulations and industry standards.

* Travel to project locations across India whenever required.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

* Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects.

* Strong knowledge of architectural planning, interiors, detailing, and project execution.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Willingness to travel extensively for Pan-India projects.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in commercial interiors and turnkey projects.

* Strong understanding of BOQ preparation and material specifications.

* Knowledge of site execution, vendor coordination, and project management.

* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Compensation: Up to ₹70,000 per month, based on experience, expertise, and overall suitability for the role.
