Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Kitchen Designer to plan, design, and optimize functional kitchen spaces for restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, and institutional facilities. The role requires a strong understanding of kitchen workflows, food safety standards, and equipment layout to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design efficient and ergonomic commercial kitchen layouts based on project requirements
- Develop detailed 2D/3D drawings using design software (AutoCAD)
- Shop Drawings, MEP/Services Drawing, Lay outing Experience, Site Coordination, Site Measurement, Site Discussion, Handing over process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial kitchen design (preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good communication and project coordination skills
- Preferred Skills Experience with hotel or restaurant project
- Ability to manage multiple/ turncky projects simultaneously
- BOQ Preparation
- Coordination with PMC/Contractors
- Client handling skills
