Roles & Responsibilities are:-
Welcome and greet all customers warmly entering the showroom.
Record customer details and guide them to the appropriate sales.
Understand customers’ needs and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery pieces.
Explain product features, purity, quality, pricing, and after-sales services.
Handle Tele calling to existing and potential customers for follow-ups, new collection announcements, promotional offers and provide accurate information about products, collections launch, offers as applicable.
Wishes for Birthdays, Anniversary and festivals.
Schedule appointments and send reminders for special events or jewellery launches.
Follow up on customer inquiries, repair updates, or delivery status as directed by management.
Collect customer feedback and update for the CRM.
Assist in building long-term relationships and ensuring repeat visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Minimum qualification:- Preferably Graduate/ 12th pass (convent educated)
Freshers may also apply
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant and confident personality with good grooming and etiquette.
Proficiency in English.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and handle customers politely under pressure.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
Salary 10 to 15 K as per the skills Plus Attractive Incentives so your salary may rise up to 40 to 50K
For Example your basic salary is 10000 and if company decides 2000/ per necklace incentives for that particular month, after sale of 20 necklaces,
Your incentives =40000.
Now with your basic salary of 10000 plus 40000 incentives your gross salary may rise up to 50000.
