Location: Trivandrum
Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Showroom Sales Executive to manage our showroom, specializing in major brand mattresses and home furnishing items. The ideal candidate will be confident, customer-oriented, and well-organized, capable of handling the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in choosing the best mattresses and home furnishing items based on their needs.
Manage the showroom, ensuring it is clean, well-organized, and stocked with the latest products.
Handle sales, billing, and transactions efficiently.
Manage inventory, including stock updates and ordering new products when required.
Maintain product knowledge, especially regarding various mattress types, to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Achieve sales targets and earn attractive incentives.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Basic knowledge of mattresses and home furnishings will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage inventory and maintain store records.
Willingness to work from 09:30 AM to 08:30 PM.
