Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and market share.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
- Conduct site visits with prospective clients and provide thorough project briefings.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
