Job Description
Manage relationships with partner bank branches and bank employees.
Coordinate with bank staff to generate life insurance leads and business.
Promote and sell Bajaj Life Insurance products to bank customers.
Conduct customer meetings and joint calls with bank employees.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Drive new customer acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling.
Conduct product training and awareness sessions for bank staff.
Follow up on leads and ensure smooth proposal submission and policy issuance.
Maintain regular tracking of sales performance, leads, conversions, and targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and support policyholder retention.
Coordinate with internal teams and bank teams for query resolution and smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
