Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Document technical specifications and provide guidance to junior team members when necessary.
- Continuously monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Maximo.
- Experience in customizing and configuring enterprise asset management solutions.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and software development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the IBM Maximo environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes related to IBM Maximo.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in IBM Maximo.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
