Senior Procurement Executive (Level 1)Job Description:
JD -Senior Procurement Executive
Responsible for entire process from RFQ to PO, delivery and Vendor payment
Responsible for planning material ,execution as per assembly schedule, work on shortage/critical items to meet assembly plan and maintaining material tracker
Experience in global supply chain , manufacturing ,customer relation etc
RFQ, BOM Cost/cost work sheet, Product cost for prototypes and production projects
Responsible for booking shipments on EMS, helping in Gate pass/DC generation.
Prepare and maintain MIS such as purchase summary , NE-NRE report, Project expense sheet.
Responsible for coordination of proto-jobs/production and critical material requirement
Responsible for Supplier management including but not limited to supplier follow up (for material), maintaining Supplier Issue register, get CAR-PAR from supplier for issue observered, supplier performance rating, managing risk by maintaining supplier register along with maintaining the data for SEQ, NDA, MSA and quality certificates as per ISO & AS standards
Responsible for identifying and developing a dedicated, alternate manufacturer/vendor source for achieving cost-effective purchases of raw-materials & equipment with optimum quality & reduction in lead time.
Evaluating and comparing the quotations received to identify the best source and negotiating with the vendors for competitive prices
Audits internal & external etc.
Prepare and maintain MIS Reports as per need
Inventory Management Support
Data Management for respective projects
Store, production, testing etc support as per business need
Follow up with Logistic/freight for local & internal shipment
