Relationship Manager - AHF
Key Responsibilities
- Source new customers for affordable home loans through direct sales, referrals, builders, connectors, and channel partners.
- Generate leads and achieve monthly disbursement and business targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and understand funding requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, repayment options, and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for loan approval and disbursement.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSAs, and local influencers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor portfolio quality and assist in collections when required.
- Cross-sell related products such as insurance, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other financial products.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM systems.
