Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand and implement changes is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring that the applications continue to support business processes effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support ongoing application management.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and configuration capabilities.
- Experience with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to utilize low-code development tools to customize and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control within ServiceNow environments.
- Problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve application issues efficiently.
