Lead – Program Management
Program Planning & Governance
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules across multiple projects.
- Establish PMO governance frameworks, reporting structures, and project control mechanisms.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, organizational standards, and operational guidelines.
- Track project progress against defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with Project Heads, Design, Procurement, Contracts, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams for project alignment.
- Identify schedule delays, operational bottlenecks, and execution risks, and drive corrective actions.
- Conduct periodic project reviews and implementation tracking.
- Track project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and cost performance indicators.
- Monitor project cash flow, resource utilization, and budget adherence.
- Review project performance against business objectives and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Support management in project prioritization and resource allocation decisions.
- Develop and maintain project risk registers.
- Identify potential project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor risk resolution and escalation processes.
- Ensure proactive issue management to minimize project disruptions.
- Facilitate collaboration among internal departments and external consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate project review meetings with leadership and project teams.
- Support decision-making by providing accurate project analytics and recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between strategic business objectives and project execution plans.
- Prepare project MIS, dashboards, and executive reports for senior management.
- Provide visibility on project health indicators, schedule adherence, cost variance, and risk status.
- Analyze project data and trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Develop standardized reporting templates and project tracking mechanisms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management practices.
- Implement project management tools, dashboards, and automation solutions.
- Support adoption of best practices in project governance and performance measurement.
- Promote data-driven decision-making across projects and functions.
- Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor adherence to approved project plans and governance protocols.
- Support project audits and compliance reviews.
- Ensure proper documentation and records management throughout the project lifecycle.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- MBA / PGDM in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Management, or equivalent preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
- 8-12 years of experience in Program Management, Project Controls, PMO, Project Planning, or Business Excellence functions.
- Experience within Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or related industries preferred.
- Strong exposure to project lifecycle management, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, or township developments is desirable.
