Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
In the role of ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This includes setting up and maintaining continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines, as well as managing cloud-based environments and container orchestration platforms. The role requires ensuring that all systems and processes are secure and resilient against potential threats. Collaboration with various teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency is also a key part of daily activities, fostering a productive and secure development environment.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment processes and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Assist in automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices in software development and deployment.
- Ability to design, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
