Relationship Manager - LAP-Loan Against Property-Sales
- Manage and develop client relationships specifically for Loan Against Property (LAP) products. - Drive sales and business development activities focused on LAP offerings. - Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closure of LAP loans. - Maintain knowledge of banking products and market trends related to property loans. - Responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base in the Surat region. - Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients. - Role demands understanding of financial services and property loan documentation. - Candidate should be proactive in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships. - Typically involves client visits and coordination with various stakeholders to facilitate loan disbursal.Job role
