Associate Director - Program & Project Management
Technical Project Program Manager to lead a global Salesforce Service Cloud harmonization and transformation program migrating regional Consumer Care platforms into a standardized Salesforce ecosystem
Key Responsibilities
Lead endtoend delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud implementation across discovery design build testing data migration deployment and hypercare
Drive program governance planning RAID management scope control budget tracking and executive reporting
Coordinate crossfunctional teams including Salesforce upstream systems Data Migration Integration UX QA Security and Infrastructure
Manage business and technology stakeholders across global markets and ensure alignment to harmonized processes and solution design
Oversee dependencies cutover planning release management environment readiness and deployment activities
Facilitate architecture design and solution review discussions while effectively managing technical risks and tradeoffs
Establish delivery metrics quality gates and program governance to ensure predictable execution
Required Skills
10 years in ProjectProgram Management with at least 5 years leading Salesforce Service Cloud programs
Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud integrations APIs middleware and data migration
Experience managing global CRM transformation or harmonization initiatives
Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Agile Scrum and Waterfall delivery experience
PMPPRINCE2 and Salesforce certifications preferred
Experience with SAPtoSalesforce migration Consumer CareCustomer Service platforms and multicountry rollouts is highly desirable
