As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, a typical day involves collaborating closely with client project teams to offer specialized knowledge across various domains including functional, technical, and industry-specific areas. This role focuses on ensuring that solution designs and deliveries meet the highest standards by providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires active engagement with multiple stakeholders to align project objectives and facilitate seamless execution of complex initiatives within diverse environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance project outcomes and team efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely resolution of challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization in Java environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
