You lead defined deliveries and change initiatives by partnering with technology, legal, and compliance stakeholders to implement improvements and reduce operational risk. You build and maintain control frameworks, management information, and trend analysis to improve transparency, performance, and decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with technology, legal, and compliance stakeholders to implement operational changes and deliver the operations agenda.
  • Lead key deliveries and defined projects independently by driving milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Analyze breaks, exceptions, and process issues using numerical and analytical skills to determine root causes and actions.
  • Evaluate over-the-counter derivative instruments and market dynamics, including rates, to support accurate processing decisions.
  • Validate end-to-end transaction lifecycle understanding across systems and control checkpoints to ensure effective execution.
  • Execute end-to-end user acceptance testing for technology deliveries by defining test approach, running tests, and evidencing outcomes.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in trade support or regulatory functions, including trade booking, verification, and reconciliations.
  • Independently manage key deliveries or projects with clear accountability for outcomes.
  • Partner effectively with technology, legal, and compliance teams to implement change and drive operational improvement.
  • Apply solid understanding of over-the-counter derivative instruments and market dynamics, including rates.
  • Explain transaction lifecycles, supporting systems, key controls, and the functions responsible for executing those controls.
  • Learn quickly and take ownership of day-to-day process and production management activities.
  • Analyze numerical information with strong problem-solving skills to support decisions and issue resolution.
  • Communicate clearly with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across counterparties at all levels.
  • Operate as a self-starter while working effectively under limited supervision.
  • Organize work with strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Create clear Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint outputs to support reporting, analysis, and stakeholder updates.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Demonstrate understanding of regulatory requirements and regulatory reporting expectations relevant to trade support processes.
  • Show experience developing management information and performance reporting, including trend analysis used to drive actions.
  • Evidence leadership potential through influence, initiative ownership, and effective stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrate experience planning and running end-to-end user acceptance testing for technology deliveries.
  • Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
