#LI-DNI - Old TAR - LNT/CACM/1739110 Job Title: Head- Contracts - TestDivision/Function: ContractsAim:overseas corporate contract function by supporting the business unit.Responsibilities:To study the bid documents, identification of potential risk area, contingency plan and inform Tendering team so that it can be incorporated in the quotation of the worksTo prepare the queries during pre-bid stage for client to bring more clarity in the assessment of the proposalTo prepare Contract Appreciation Document (CAD) for internal circulationMonitoring the works from contractual perspective, safeguarding company’s entitlements & performance of obligationsPreparation & submission of claims for various issues arising out of works at site duly coordinating with siteTo monitor and guide the correspondence with client on behalf of company on regular basis to address any issue, scope of work, delays etc.To coordinate & interact with Dispute Resolutions Bodies (DRB) set up under the ContractTo coordinate & interact with Arbitration Tribunal constituted for settlement of disputesTo pursue the matter in respective Court through Legal counsel and Advocate on record - various submissions and follow upCoordinate with the Legal counsel for Arbitration duly supplying with proper inputs to strengthen the casePreparation of High Value work order and/or Agreements with SubcontractorsStandardizing formats for various work orders /agreements to be made with subcontractorsTo make the project team aware and sensitive about the importance of contract and correspondence with client and identification of potential friction area (red flags) with client during execution of the projectKRA:Financial Perspective:To generate revenue by claiming for extra work executedOperations Perspective:To highlight potential risks and recommend appropriate mitigation stepsTo ensure common understanding with vendors / sub-contractors / JV partners w.r.t contract documents.Customer Perspective:To delight internal customerLearning, Growth Perspective:Self-development - Upgrade knowledge & competenciesTeam development - build team's capabilities & competenciesQualification and Experience:Educational qualification: B.E. Sensitizes/support/communicates to the stakeholders about mitigation/risk handling strategies.
