Summary:
As a Security Transformation Practitioner, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive security solutions aimed at protecting digital assets and ensuring the continuity of business operations. This role requires integrating security measures seamlessly into various enterprise systems, applications, and processes. The practitioner actively works to prevent cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches by continuously enhancing security frameworks and collaborating with different teams to maintain a robust security posture across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate security controls to ensure effectiveness and compliance with organizational policies.
- Assist in the development and documentation of security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on security best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Security.
- Experience with identity and access management within cloud environments.
- Knowledge of threat detection and incident response techniques.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to cloud platforms.
- Ability to design and implement network security controls and encryption technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Security.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
