Summary:
As a Test ServiceNow Tester, a typical day involves applying quality processes and utilizing automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving testing strategies to ensure that solutions meet high standards and deliver reliable outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and quality improvement.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously monitor and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for enhancement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Testing.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Good analytical skills to assess quality metrics and improve testing efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
