Summary:
As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and define the requirements necessary for developing effective applications. This role focuses on designing solutions that align with business processes and application needs, ensuring that the final design supports organizational goals. The day may include reviewing existing systems, brainstorming design approaches, and preparing documentation that guides the development team in building robust and scalable applications. Continuous interaction with cross-functional teams helps in refining designs and adapting to evolving business demands, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead design review sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Facilitate communication between business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on design principles and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application design methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical design specifications.
- Experience with cloud-based development environments and deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
