IAM SailPoint ISC Engineer

What success looks like in this role:

SailPoint ISC Engineering & Implementation

• Design, configure, test, and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) capabilities, including identity lifecycle management, access certification, and governance workflows, based on Regeneron's specific business requirements.

• Build and customize SailPoint connectors, transforms, workflows, and rules to meet client-specific integration needs.

• Configure and maintain Sandbox and Production environments with the agreed in-scope capabilities.

• Translate business and security requirements into scalable SailPoint ISC solution designs.

Coding & Automation

• Develop custom code (Java/Beanshell, Python, PowerShell, or REST API-based scripts) to extend SailPoint ISC functionality beyond out-of-the-box configuration.

• Build and maintain API-based integrations between SailPoint ISC and downstream/upstream applications.

• Automate recurring identity lifecycle and provisioning tasks through scripting.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Create technical documentation including integration runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

• Complete knowledge transfer to the SailPoint AMS Operations team to ensure smooth transition to steady-state support.

Collaboration & Support

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, present architectural solutions, and ensure successful testing and deployment.

• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for SailPoint-related issues.

Support ongoing IAM operations and related cybersecurity activities as directed by Regeneron management

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or an equivalent field.
