Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution enhancements and address evolving needs is a key aspect of daily activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to develop and enforce platform standards to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in managing software release cycles and configuration management.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solution architectures and SaaS deployment models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
