We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator / PM in the Legal, Risk Management and Compliance (LRMC) team, working closely with the Low-Code AI Agent Development team.

Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator / PM in the Legal, Risk Management and Compliance (LRMC) team, working closely with the Low-Code AI Agent Development team.

• Requirements Coordination: Support the team in gathering, clarifying and documenting business, functional and AI-agent requirements, asking relevant questions and ensuring expected outcomes are understood.

• Scenario & Use-Case Discussion: Facilitate project calls to explore agent use cases, user journeys, prompts, business scenarios, assumptions, exceptions, constraints and acceptance criteria.

• Project Planning: Create, maintain and regularly update delivery plans for low-code AI agent and digital solution projects, covering activities, milestones, timelines, deliverables, ownership and dependencies.

• Execution Tracking: Monitor progress across design, configuration, development, testing, business validation and release activities; follow up with owners and keep delivery aligned with the agreed plan.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, low-code agent developers, data, architecture, testing, security and IT teams to maintain alignment and clear ownership.

• RAID Management: Maintain risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, including data access, environment readiness, integration, security, testing and business-decision dependencies.

• Meeting & Action Management: Coordinate project and working sessions, prepare agendas, capture decisions and actions, and follow up on commitments through closure.

• Status & Release Reporting: Provide regular updates on milestones, agent readiness, testing and business-validation status, blockers, risks, dependencies and upcoming priorities.

• Stakeholder Communication: Translate business priorities into clear delivery actions and support timely resolution of questions, changes and dependencies between business and technical teams.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, PMO, business analysis or delivery coordination for technology or digital solution projects.

• Strong experience gathering, clarifying and documenting requirements, use cases, business scenarios, acceptance criteria and decisions during stakeholder discussions.

• Ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, ownership, dependencies and action trackers.

• Hands-on experience tracking progress across requirements, development, testing, business validation and release activities, with timely follow-up and escalation.

• Experience maintaining RAID logs and coordinating mitigation or resolution of delivery, data, access, environment, integration and stakeholder dependencies.

• Ability to facilitate project calls, ask structured questions, prepare agendas, capture decisions and actions, and drive timely follow-ups.

• Working understanding of low-code AI agents and solution-delivery concepts, sufficient to coordinate effectively with agent developers and business stakeholders.

• Strong status-reporting skills, including clear communication of progress, milestones, agent or solution readiness, risks, blockers, decisions and next steps.

• Experience coordinating across business, development, data, architecture, testing, security and IT teams in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment.

• Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Azure DevOps, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

 

Preferred technical & functional skills

• Experience coordinating low-code AI agent, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, workflow automation or other AI-enabled solution projects from requirements through release.

• Experience helping business and development teams refine agent use cases, user journeys, conversation scenarios, prompts, expected responses, exceptions and acceptance criteria.

• Ability to coordinate iterative agent development, testing and business-validation cycles, including feedback tracking, defect or gap follow-up and release-readiness reporting.

• Experience managing dependencies related to knowledge sources, data access, connectors, environments, security reviews, integrations and deployment readiness.

• Ability to build concise project dashboards, milestone views, RAID summaries and management-ready status reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Planner, Azure DevOps or Jira.

• Working knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and release coordination.

• Experience coordinating across business stakeholders, low-code developers, data teams, testers, architects, security and IT teams, with clear ownership and timely follow-up.

• Understanding of risk management, compliance or governance domains and experience working in a regulated environment.
