As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing delivery processes, and promptly addressing any issues that arise to maintain system reliability and performance. Collaboration with various teams to coordinate operational activities and support service continuity is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, along with adapting to evolving operational needs and priorities to ensure seamless service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize operational workflows and enhance system efficiency.
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement improvements to prevent service disruptions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.
- Experience with secure file transfer protocols and ensuring compliance with data security standards.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve operational issues in production environments.
- Ability to manage and automate file transfer workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes to maintain service availability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
