To support asset, liability and digital operations through assessment of operational activities, monitoring of process controls, identification of operational risks and review of compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. The role provides analytical inputs to improve service quality, operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

• Process onboarding and maintenance of individual and non-individual customer accounts in accordance with approved procedures.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records in the Core Banking System.
• Process account opening forms and customer service requests in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to KYC/CKYC requirements and maintain accurate and complete customer information.
• Meet defined turnaround times (TATs) and service standards across all assigned activities.
• Monitor and ensure completion of operational deliverables within stipulated timelines.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and quality while handling large transaction volumes.
• Participate in data clean-up, record enrichment and customer data quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and operational controls.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing errors.
  

Experience Range: 1 to 5 Years in related functions

Qualifications: 

Graduation/ Post‑Graduation (Any specialization)
