Service Relationship Manager - Private Banking_Kotak Private Banking-Customer Service_Mumbai
- Manage and maintain relationships with private banking clients to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Act as a primary point of contact for client service issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries. - Facilitate smooth communication between clients and the bank’s private banking division. - Monitor client satisfaction and work towards enhancing the overall customer experience. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate service execution. - Handle escalations and ensure compliance with banking standards and policies. - Support business growth by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying service improvement opportunities.Job role
