Troubleshoot Informatica mappings, sessions, parameter sets, workflows and related application issues. Monitor and support Hadoop ecosystem components, including HDFS, Hive and associated data-processing jobs. Analyze application logs, system alerts and job dependencies to identify the cause of production failures. Perform SQL-based data validation, reconciliation and troubleshooting for data-quality issues. Troubleshoot Hive queries and address query-performance or data-processing issues. Use UNIX/Linux commands and shell scripts for monitoring, job recovery, log analysis and support automation. Perform root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and coordinate permanent fixes with development and infrastructure teams. Handle incidents, service requests, problems and changes in accordance with ITIL processes. Support production releases, deployment validation, rollback checks and post-production monitoring. Coordinate with application development, database, infrastructure and business teams for issue resolution. Maintain incident reports, RCA documents, SOPs, knowledge articles and operational-support documentation.
