What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Order to Cash is the complete process from receiving a customer order to collecting payment. It includes order management, credit management, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate handling of orders and timely collection of revenue. This process helps improve cash flow and customer satisfaction. What are we looking for? Education- BCOM/MCOM or Commerce / Finance graduate ERP/ any Certification required - SAP / SD / SAP S/4HANA, Google Applications Professional qualification / Commerce graduate with 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / OTC process End-to-end OTC knowledge covering customer billing, invoice distribution, A/R ledger, cash application, collections and dispute management Knowledge of sales order management, credit management and customer master data management Good ERP / SAP system knowledge Query handling, issue resolution, reporting and SLA/KPI tracking Ability to manage work under pressure with effective communication and problem-solving skills People coordination / team support skills Analytical and presentation skills Operational Excellence and basic automation exposure Flexible to shifts and adaptable to change Working experience in SAP / S/4HANA
