Project Role Description : Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

As a Data Engineer, you ll be at the forefront of enabling our users—data scientists, machine learning engineers. With your expertise, you ll identify improvement opportunities, streamline support processes, and reduce costs while driving innovation and enhancing functionality for both users and platform engineering teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive technical and functional support to Analytics Platform users.
- Understand user requirements, investigate issues, and deliver clear, solution-oriented resolutions.
- Convert recurring user issues and feedback into platform or process improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with users, developers, product teams, and platform engineering teams.
- Communicate technical information clearly through email, chat, documentation, and support tickets.
- Proactively follow up on requests, identify systemic issues, and share knowledge with the team.
- Manage support activities independently while ensuring reliable and timely task completion.
- Professional & Technical Skills

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databrick, Microsoft Azure DevOps and Azure Portal.
- Good-to-Have Skills: Azure Machine Learning, Dataiku, Collibra Knowledge
- Knowledge in Scrum or Agile knowledge and experience working with a global or cross-cultural user base.
- Experience in Azure Portal knowledge, including RBAC, access groups, storage accounts, Log Analytics, and portal navigation
- Strong Knowledge in SQL, jobs, and Git, including repositories, Wiki, and CI/CD.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks and Azure DevOps.
- The candidate should demonstrate a proactive mindset, customer focus, strategic planning ability, curiosity, reliability, and continuous-learning orientation.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- The position is open for PAN India location.
