Role

As a TM/Line In charge – Civil ,your role will be to coordinate & Execute Civil Infra Projects across multiple locations pan India maintaining time, safety & quality standards to facilitate operations.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1.Coordinate & Execute Civil Infra Activities

• Conduct daily progress review with PMC and vendors to ensure adherence to time schedule and cost.
• Identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.  
• Provide inputs & coordinate scheme, design and drawings preparation for work execution
• Tendering of work activities for execution.
• Review vendor bills against work execution

2.Innovation & advancement

• Sustainability initiatives
• IGBC/LEED Compliances
• Cost optimization

3.Control of Budgets

• Periodic Budgets Review
• Cost Avoidance

Academic Qualification & Experience

Graduation in Civil Engineering

Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction, (3+ years in an automotive firm)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Project Management
• Cost Estimation
• Onsite Civil Engineering Experience 
• Quantity Survey
