Respond to and document incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system. - Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, network and user access related issues. - Escalate complex problems to higher-level support as needed. - Guide users through step-by-step solutions and provide clear instructions. - Log all interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the service management system. - Adhere to established service desk procedures and performance objectives. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Farmers IT policies, systems, and standard operating procedures.
