CS Associate , Customer Service

We are looking for Customer Service Associate for the VKYC (Video Know Your Customer) verification process, you will be responsible for conducting real-time video-based identity verification of customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Key job responsibilities
Video Calls: Answer live video calls with new customers to check their identity.

Check ID Documents: Look at original ID cards (like PAN card, Aadhaar, Passport, or Driver's License) shown on camera to make sure they are real and not modified.

Face Match: Make sure the person on the video call looks like the photo on their ID card.

Check Location: Verify that the customer is calling from an allowed location using the map system.

Spot Fraud: Pay close attention to spot fake documents, fake photos, or suspicious behavior. Report any risky cases to your team lead.

Save Records: Take clear screenshots, enter customer details into the computer, and save the session details accurately.

Help Customers: Talk politely to customers, answer their simple questions, and guide them step-by-step through the call.

Follow Rules: Follow company procedures and government safety laws closely.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience in oral and written communication
- Experience in deploying identity and access management systems, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Knowledge of basic computer business applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives, or experience at Amazon
- Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior VKYC experience.
